Wijn Online Bestellen is an initiative founded by Gertjan Rutterkamp (July 1979). His interest in wine started more than 25 years ago and developed into extensive experience in wine, e-commerce and commercial business.
Over the years, Gertjan has worked with companies including Wijnvoordeel, E-Luscious and Neleman. Through various commercial roles, he gained experience in the Netherlands as well as internationally, including the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, France, Spain and Germany.
During these years, he has had the opportunity to taste, evaluate and select thousands of different wines. From accessible everyday wines to special discoveries from both well-known and lesser-known wine regions.
One thing became increasingly clear: the best wine is not the same wine for everyone.
