Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping within the Netherlands

For deliveries within the Netherlands, the following shipping rates apply:

• Free delivery from an order value of €100.
• For orders below €100, shipping costs are €12.50.

2. Shipping to Belgium and Germany

For deliveries to Belgium and Germany, the shipping cost is:

• €25 per order

This rate applies regardless of the total order value.

3. Delivery through our distributors and suppliers

Wijn Online Bestellen works with external distributors, suppliers and logistics partners.

Your order may therefore be shipped directly by the distributor or supplier responsible for the products in your order.

As a result, delivery may take several working days.

The exact delivery time may depend on stock availability, the distributor, the carrier and the destination.

4. Multiple carriers

Orders may be delivered by different carriers.

The carrier used depends on the distributor, supplier, warehouse and delivery address.

Wijn Online Bestellen cannot always determine in advance which carrier will deliver your order.

Where available, tracking information may be provided by the distributor, supplier or carrier.

5. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments

Because Wijn Online Bestellen may work with multiple distributors or suppliers, an order can in some situations be delivered in more than one shipment.

This means that products from one order may arrive on different days or through different carriers.

You will not be charged additional shipping costs for a split shipment unless this has been expressly agreed with you in advance.

6. Delivery times

We aim to have orders processed and delivered as quickly as possible.

Because delivery is carried out by external distributors, suppliers and carriers, delivery may take several working days.

Delivery times shown or communicated by Wijn Online Bestellen are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

7. Age verification upon delivery

Alcoholic products may only be delivered to persons aged 18 years or older.

The carrier may perform an age check when delivering the order and may request valid identification.

If the carrier cannot establish that the recipient is aged 18 or over, the order may not be handed over.

8. Collection is not possible

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect orders from Wijn Online Bestellen, GRadvise, a distributor or another location unless this has been expressly agreed in writing.

Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.

9. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

The customer is responsible for entering the correct and complete delivery address.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping or handling costs may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.

10. Delayed delivery

A shipment can occasionally be delayed due to circumstances at the distributor, supplier or carrier.

If your order takes significantly longer than expected, please contact us at:

We will then, where reasonably possible, check the status with the relevant distributor, supplier or carrier.

11. Damaged shipment

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• your order number;
• a description of the damage;
• clear photographs of the damaged product;
• photographs of the outer packaging;
• where possible, a photograph of the shipping label.

Please keep the packaging until the matter has been reviewed.

12. Responsibility for transport

The actual transport and delivery are carried out by external distributors, logistics partners and carriers.

To the extent permitted by law, Wijn Online Bestellen is not liable for delays or delivery failures that are exclusively attributable to the carrier or logistics partner.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
